    Owner

    Kristie has been described by many as the Energizer Bunny. She exudes love and energy to all those around her in fitness and in life. Outside of the LifeCycle studio, Kristie is a nurse at Vanderbilt Children’s Hospital, wife, mother of two boys, and grandmother of Lana and Weston.

    She is everyone's fearless leader of fun and hard work.

    Her passion for cycling started 20 years ago in Austin, TX as a road cyclist and cycle class instructor. Her goal for everyone in class is to walk away feeling they have achieved something beyond what they thought they could do.

    Opening a fitness studio has always been in her path, and with God's timing and her best friend of 25 years, Shannon Cook, they are able to bring this dream to reality with LifeCycle!

    Shannon has been a self-professed “fitness fanatic” her whole life. She started teaching group fitness right after college and has taught indoor cycling for 20 years. The fitness studio has always been much more than a place to work out for Shannon; it has been a place to make friends and find community.

    Opening LifeCycle with her best friend is an absolute dream come true. Shannon’s vision and prayer for LifeCycle is that it is a place where people can come in discouraged and leave full of hope.

    Shannon is married to the love of her life and has three children and one grandchild. Shannon loves loud music, positive energy, and the LORD! Come see her and get your sweat on!

    I am Alejandra! I am from East Tennessee, but I have lived in Middle TN for several years. I love helping people, and I am so excited to meet you!! One of the many things I love about indoor cycling is the mental and physical health benefits. Both are so important.

    Everyone has a different reason for being here! I want you to walk out feeling more athletic and empowered than when you walked in. You connect with people from all walks of life, and you have people to support you along the way here at LifeCycle!

    Hi, I’m Ellen! I love instructing indoor cycling because it’s just a really fun way to meet people, listen to music, and get sweaty. I am so excited to teach at LifeCycle and love on the folks who ride with us! Outside of teaching indoor cycling, I work in the mental health field, workout at CrossFit Hendersonville, and snuggle with my dog Sadie. I’m originally from South Carolina but have been in the Nashville area for 11 years now. Looking forward to sweating with y’all!

    Sonja has been teaching cycle classes in Nashville fitness clubs for over 15 years. She also has experience in HIIT and overall body strength training. Sonja and her husband Bart Williams are senior pastors at Pavilion Church and their heart is to serve their community. Sonja loves people and she is driven to see them get results. "Healthy Body, Healthy Soul and Healthy Spirit" is her mantra, motivating her clients to make it a lifestyle to go after health. To her, the journey is as important as the end goal; it is all about sustaining lasting healthy results. "LifeCycle” is the perfect setting in which to lean in and push my clients to physically reach their next levels of fitness while providing a positive and energetic atmosphere. My goal is to motivate my clients to embrace that anything is possible, to not give up and to continue to go after lasting results!"

    Hi, I’m Sophie! My love for fitness started in high school playing volleyball. I continued to be athletic throughout college at University of Tennessee, but the moment I got on a bike in cycle class, and felt that sense of community, I knew I had found my tribe! My goal as an instructor is to have members leave class feeling completely refreshed mentally and physically and part of something special. I am an encourager and love to see people go beyond what they think they can do.

    My mission is to motivate members on their fitness journey, be a constant companion and coach and light up the space where everyone feels supported. I want each ride to have a vibrant and inclusive atmosphere that brings people together with a sense of accomplishment that is contagious. When I'm not on a bike at LifeCycle or helping families and individuals with their insurance needs, you can find me trying out new restaurants, hiking and walking, shopping at the local farmers market and cooking!

    It's all about building a community and enjoying the journey, and I can't wait to see you in class!

I have been cycling for 3 years, and through this experience I have found my community. I have discovered the power in believing how much we are capable of, and the importance of showing up for yourself. Come ride with me, because it feels good to feel good!

    Hi! I’m Shawn. My fitness journey started a decade ago after overcoming drug addiction. Through the challenges, I found that fitness positively shifted my mental state and gave me strength to take another step in the right direction. After falling In love with group fitness as a student, I became an instructor and eventually a personal trainer. Cycling has become one of my favorite hobbies. Encouraging those who may feel insecure about their strength, to find their TRUE power, is my core mission!

    In my class, you can bank on the beat to drop and the bass to hit!

    Outside of teaching, you can find me at the soccer field cheering on both my boys or Seeking out a fun new adventure with my husband.

    Meet Chanee, a dynamic woman, devoted wife, and mother of nine with an unwavering passion for a vibrant life. As the matriarch of a family that includes six daughters and three sons, Chanee embraces the joyful chaos of motherhood with grace and enthusiasm.

    From a young age, Chanee's lively inclinations for musical creativity and athleticism set the tone for her multifaceted life. Growing up, she immersed herself in singing and crafting song lyrics, showcasing her artistic spirit. Her love for sports led her to basketball, track, cheerleading, and dance, instilling in her a deep appreciation for physical activity and teamwork.

    With a remarkable 10 years of experience as a High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) and Cycling instructor, Chanee is not just a mother but also a fitness enthusiast. In her classes, she inspires members to constantly challenge themselves, fostering a community of individuals committed to personal growth and well-being.

    Chanee's journey is intertwined with her husband, Stephen, with whom she shares a longstanding marriage built on common interests in God, music, sports, and family. Together, they form a united front in guiding their large family with love and values that enrich their lives.

    In essence, Chanee embodies the harmonious blend of musical creativity, physical prowess, motherhood, and community spirit. Her infectious energy and commitment to inspiring others make her a beacon of positivity in every aspect of her vibrant life. Classes are basically concerts and guaranteed to be filled with laughter, encouragement hard work and fun!

    Kylie has a love for fitness and a lifelong ambition to be better than the day before. She grew up on classic rock and a love for hip hop. Her classes will push you to your max to make you your best. Don’t let this small and bubbly coach deceive you. She’ll have you climbing hills, cranking gears, and taking fast flats head on with the best of them. A class with Kiley is a class that makes you better, and a class that makes you better is what LifeCycle is all about!
